Has anyone had a problem with no voice guidance sound or safety camera alerts? My 2018 model SDV8 went into the dealership about 4 weeks ago to have some software updates to the two pro duo touchscreens and since it’s come back I suddenly realised that it wasn’t alerting me to fixed safety cameras as it had done previously! Went back into the dealership yesterday for a fix but they were unsuccessful in sorting! It now transpires that the voice guidance it’s working either, I usually have this turned off anyway so wasn’t aware of that. Dealership says the car may have to be with them for up to 5 days in order to rectify!! So just wondered if anyone had had similar problem and what the fix had been.
