In my 2008MY TDV8 all the outlets are separately fused. The 'lighter' socket is fuse number 55 (and is 15 amps rating) in the passenger compartment fusebox. Before you change it - check for presence of small coins in the lighter socket.

Try Fuse 52 as well.

Interesting my Owners Handbook says no fuse in position 53, however out of curiosity looked at car and both 52 & 53 have fuses fitted for the cigar lighter.
