2014 onwards changing display unit to new "velar"

Hi.
As we all know the new range rover evoque launched last week and it appears to have the same (or similar) display screen as the Velar. Would anyone know if there is a company out there that can swap out the current screen in the 2014 sport to the more up to date version with new features?
