The clip positions are roughly equidistant and you need to lever off the trim gently as you can to try to avoid breaking any clips. It is a pain in the butt and removal and replacement is much easier done with two people.

As far as I recall, none. Trim levers off, the only screws are on the actual subwoofer itself |

Regrettably not as my indy did it, see my post above, but the plastic is fairly flexible so I gather from talking to him it is the clips that break, so you are more likely to snap some clips than the trim.
