No, just putting on new air suspension components will do the job and maintain the vehicle's overall ability. Coil conversion would turn the RRS in to a Nissan Xtrail... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Not really , there are boxes than intercept the signals from the suspension module , and that way the terrain response system , hdc , tc , etc will still work https://www.roverparts.com/Parts/L319SRK-OME , https://www.roverparts.com/resources/video...e-springs/

Watching the promo video for that coil kit, they talk about 2 inch lift, HDC working etc. All lovely but the air suspension gives up to 5 inches of lift when required and allows dropping to access beight for low car parks etc. A 2 inch coil gives none of that flexibility. For those needing a lift at speed (corrugations etc) kits are available to make the air stay raised at speed.

You are right ,IMO , about the hability to lower the car in lower parkings , but you will be wrong if you have oversized tyres . Again it´s true the 5" lift but you can´t use this lift to long and to fast , the car will lower the height , and of corse at that height the suspension will not have downtravel and very stiff ride.By the way , it seems to me that the 4.4 L320 in the installation video has four pipes along the frame rail from the ACE system https://www.roverparts.com/resources/video...sport-lr3/
