If you are not going to use it in the future why not just drill the lock barrel out?

That's exactly what I'd like to do but I have literally no tools. Happy to throw someone a couple beer tokens to do it for me! |

If the keys snapped in then hammer a screwdriver in next to it then turn. Otherwise tap the pin out (hole on top of lock) then the lock will just pull off revealing the shaft. Shaft will turn with grips. Range Rover Sport HSE DYnamic SDV6 Velocity blue 2020 MY

If you do break the lock off in any way take care not to break the piece of Red Plastic behind the Green Knob as this is not available separate, you could then get a new lock kit for around £20.00 and have a perfectly good tow bar to either keep or sell on for good money.
