I'd be surprised if someone buys it "off-plan" without any photos of what the actual finish is like...carbon fibre can look good in the right car. Whether the RRS is the right car is up for debate.

Cheers

Hey MDP, I just ordered my RRS 4.2SC with Black Piano Wood.

I thought this was one of the available options.

Isn't it availble in your region?

Thanks kam100. Actually got the Sport for my wife and we both absolutely love it. She has had in the past ML. X5 and Cayenne but this is by far the best.

I dont know if the LR Lined Oak Kit ( accessory ) is the same finish as Piano Black wood ( it looks black & was available as standard fit in the 1st edtn. )

England 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Rimini Red

We have got the piano black in our XJR. I asked if same could be done in the RRs but was told no - shame, I have always liked the finish. Have specified it again in the Jag replacement that comes soon.

If it became an option for the RRS I am sure it would look very good with all leather colours but it is quite different to the lined oak finish that I saw at the RRSport dealer launch in May. 11 XFR

05 RR Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red (Rimini Brown at events), Stormer wheels (original 19's for events), PTI, towpack. TV tuner (now driven by an employee)

1923 Ford Model T (serious ground clearance)

FFRR TDV8 Vogue my07 (wife won't let me use it in case I go to Salisbury with VA in it)

plus some other bits n' pieces
