Speaker upgrade

Morning,

I have the base audio and its pretty shocking to be honest, how easy would this be to change at least the front door speakers to JL audio ones and sound proof the inside of the doors? I had a quote on a full speaker and amp upgrade but it was looking like £2k plus which I am sure would sound amazing but its also a lot of money for me right now.

When it comes to audio there is a fair amount of work in sound proofing doors and strip down time so alot of labour involved.

Try the company above Thumbs Up 2003 BMW M5 - 5 Litres of V8 Optimax Slurping Goodness in Carbon Black

That's the company I was looking at as its not too far from me really. I think I might have to park it for now until some point next year.

I was thinking of taking off the door cards and mounting the JL and soundproofing myself but I think I am most likely underestimating the complexity of this kinda job.
