Yep, as above, only I find it easer to use a paperclip or something small like that so you can push the card down to eject it.... 2010 RR 5.0 Autobiography

Be careful, don’t use anything in the SIM card slot, it’s very sensitive and will stop reading the card if you are not extremely careful. My car is at the dealer as we speak having a new SIM card reader fitted.

Hmm, not so fast ikey, new sim reader didn’t fix the problem. Not a stock item in Oz, mine took 5 weeks. Seems like it’s a fault somewhere else, possibly wiring.

According to the LR technical wizard in the mother country, the SC needs a new telematics control unit. It will take about a week to arrive from Blighty. Meanwhile I am in a diesel RRS loaner which is basic but actually a very nice car, economical too! Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6
