Never noticed any difference in any of the diesels I owned - the 4.0V8 Disco1 I had in 1996 yes the mpg would drop from 15 to 12-13 mpg but it was only air con and not climate control. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

My current car only does 22-24 mpg with the air-con on all the time, hot or cold,
so I am not worried about any extra costs running the air-con all the time..as it
should still be higher than the car I have now...

I do like a silver RRS. That looks a stunning car.

The gap between tyre and wheel arch is very small. Has the car had some performance mods?

I think its on access level and 22" wheels..

I think it is also a bit of professional photography to make it look
like that.

They could well be genuine L/R wheels from a RRS2, didn't realise they called the 22" "Turbine" ones Style 7 as well, original L320 A/B style 7 were totally different.

Trim looks to be Lunar and Ebony.

If you register with Topix, it doesn't cost anything you should be able to get the full build spec. of the car if you have the VIN No. Looks to be high spec. car although a lot of it is standard on a A/B.

Thank you Col..I am very happy regardless of what extras it has,,

I do believe in the UK that the spec list is normally short,
and we have to pay for most of the things we want,,

So I am super happy with the list of whats on it..

Not much else you could have on it as a option really, Dual View, Rear Entertainment and Locking Rear Diff that's about it. Could always retro fit 6 pot brembos and aftermarket rear screens if you wanted.

Nice looking RRS there, and looks well spec'd too, I hope you get many miles trouble free motoring....

The heating fob can remotely turn on the diesel burning heater (you should also have timed mode from the screen). If it's not there you can buy pretty cheap and link them to the RRS.
