Headrest screen not working

Anyone know how to remove screen from headrest without damaging headrest as I need to replace one screen

2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography Santorini Black

Is it O/E screens or Aftermarket. For O/E screens not the best pictures but may be able to work it out, if you go to my gallery should be able to enlarge them.
