I got mine done at my local indie. Not much help to you in Essex I know, but I don't think its a major job so would expect most competent and trustworthy garages would be able to help.

Hi all, I have a RRS 2012, I don't have the timed climate icon available on the via the menu. My Indie expert tells me I need to have the module fitted for the icon to appear. I'm not interested in have a remote key I'm quite happy to program the night before. So if I just what to program the heater for the next morning do I have to invest in the radio module and key fob or is it just a case of updating the car config?

Timed Climate can be added via a change in the CCF using a GAP II tool (or other).

Thanks v much for the info Bardley ... I thought it was just a case of updating the CCF but my indie insisted that I would need the telestart module, I did explain to him I wasn't interested in the remote just the ability to set a timer for the night before. |

Remote is handy, but not necessary. Depends on how many gadgets you want really.

Anyone in the Monmouthshire area with a GAPII pro who can enable timed climate function? |
