United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Cairns Blue
Paint flaked on roof after jetwash!

Jet washed the car this morning and blew a chucnk of paint off on the roof above windscreen! Im not aware and doesnt look like a previous repair. Has this happened to anyone elses RRS?

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Not happened to mine, but it may be a result of lack of care (I suspect a lot of roofs get left alone) prior to your ownership?. With regards the repair would these chips away guys be able to do it?.

Iv owned this car now for 5 years and generally do polish the roof, at least once a year. Bit annoyed that his happened as i havent noticed any blistering paint.

I'm no expert but I have had a few paint repairs over the years ( OCD ). I think the whole roof will need painting & that will make sure that no other areas that are contaminated - weak will lift during cleaning. Going rate £350 at a guess. Does it have a sunroof ?
