I’m sure this has been asked 100s of times, 'reduced power

Apologies.

News to RRS and in the last three months of ownership I’ve never had a car with so many warning lights, but I guess that’s the way it goes.

So newest one is Reduced Power. It’s occuring occasionally and let it sit for a bit and it all clears.

Plugged the snap on Solus Ultra on and get the following back. I think there must be a root cause and all to do with this as I’ve previosuly cleared them all!

P00BC. Mass or volume air flow A circuit range/performance - air flow too low
P00BD. Mass or volume air flow A circuit Range/performance- air flow too high
P1247. Turbo boost pressure low
P0235. Turbocharger boost sensor A circuit
P22D2. Turbocharger turbine inlet valve stuck upon
P22CF. Turbocharger turbine inlet valve control circuit - open

What a list eh?

Any ideas appreciated.

If it’s ah pain it’s going!

CSOV would be the first culprit. Check the air filter for oil contamination Thumbs Up

Next question, what's a CSOV ? Laughing. Well I'm sure someone was going to ask.

Answer: Compressor Shut Off Valve. Google LTB00504v3 or LTB00445 might help.

Cheers

Thanks

Thanks for the reply.

Air filter was spotless.....

I’ll take a look around the CSOV.

Cheers

Chris

I'm no expert but the first question I would ask is how old is the battery? These are known to cause all sorts when they are on their way out.

5 years and my battery was toast.

I had the same symptoms and almost the same fault codes on my RRS.

CSOV was changed but car still faulted above 3000rpm, My Indie then changed some transfer solenoid thing that piggy backs on the primary turbo which was showing intermittent function ET VOILA..................

Car is now running sweet as....

That done along with the turbo oil return pipe modification and i now have a smoke free RRS too.
