Sorry, I can only talk about the V6. I had this message for years. Dealer said it was a sensor and not to bother about it.

Seems coincidence that it's done it now days after service where I guess they changed the filter |

Yes I did also have a filter fitted incorrectly during a service, drove to Mid Wales and back without realising it was leaking by which time it was poring out and lost most of the tank all over my drive and pavement.

Well I think they should change it free of charge as it was ok before it went in tor the service and has now failed after they changed the filter |
