RR Signature DRLs

Anybody know what the design of the RR Signature DRLs is based on?

Is the shape significant to anything? Or just a scribble from someone's design pen after a few too many Cognacs?

Looking at other manufacturers, RR's DRLs seem to be quite distinctive. MY19 5.0SC Dynamic AB - Boss Grey, Black Pano Roof, 22” Gloss Black Alloys, Ebony/Ivory Massage Seats, Carbon Fibre Finishers, HUD, DTV and the all important Cabin Ionisation...
