Came on yesterday without warning (yellow warning light). Will have to get in dealers, has anyone had this before on an L494? (found a few posts about the old model suffering with it) Range Rover Sport HSE DYnamic SDV6 Velocity blue 2020 MY

Had the same today on the motorway. Stopped twice en route for comfort breaks, but it was still showing when I got home. Turned the engine off while I opened the garage and restarted the engine to find it had cleared. Don't think it's a 'power' issue, as had Just done 200 miles at motorway speeds, alternator tested a few weeks ago, battery is only a week old and it's connected to a Ctek 24/7 as usually only driven once a week. Clearly just gremlins! |

Had this a couple of times, 1st time about six months ago Landrover Assist came out and fiddled with the wiring loom under drivers seat and said it was a common fault and if happened again it would have to go in to dealers.

Had the same issue in Jan. Wiring loom under the divers seat frays with the constant movement. The dealer made it sound like a really common problem. It was replaced under the extended warranty. |

Just looked through the service history for mine. In 2015, 'airbag warning light on' was reported and paperwork indicates a loose connector found under driver's seat and reconnected at the atrocious cost of £58 (London dealer- I don't understand why this was billed as the car was still under warranty then). In 2017 same fault, but this time the OSF under seat wiring loom was found to be worn and replaced at a total cost of £410.45. (Berkshire dealer). As this was only 6,000 miles ago, I'll be a bit miffed if it's gone again. |
