Agreed. Someone crashing in to a tree to avoid a broken down vehicle is not the fault of the broken down vehicle's manufacturer. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Its not good for BMW but we all know that modern accountancy/procurement methods means everything is sourced from the lowest bidder. A comforting thought when your next a passenger flying 7mile up!
