Glad to hear that was it. If you have fixed it yourself I reckon you should highlight it to Sturgess and make them aware of the issue so that if any damage does occur from the water on the floor, they understand it's not from your fault or usage.

I hadn't thought of doing that but you have a very good point - if the carpets rot away within a year you can bet they won't replace them if they think I've spilt something on taken the car for a swim..
