Hi all, had the AA out as the car was suffering a lack of power and trouble starting. He read a fault on an EGR valve and given the age of the car i thought i might as well blank them.
I got the AA to clear all the fault and reset the engine management fault light.
After blanking the valves and removing the inlet damper the car is now performing as it should but i have the engine management light back up.
Is there anyone in the Glasgow area who can reprogram my car after EGR blanking?

Depends what you mean by “close” to Glasgow but GEMM at Larbert do them routinely. Might also be worth looking at the Jaguar forums to see if there are any local specialists as the same engine has been used in a few Jags. Don’t know if any Peugeot Citroen indies could cope with it as the engine is a PSA/Ford design originally 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
