Had a new RRS autobiography in December with the deployable towbar. Has anybody else had issues with it not deploying due to obstruction. ( have searched to no avail). This happens more often than not and has been back to dealer several times. Doesn’t seem to matter whether it’s from the boot switch or the app on the infotainment screen. Have left it with them today having said fix it or replace as I’m pi@@ed off now.
Thanks in advance just be good to know whether this a common problem.

Not much help I know, but I'm on 3rd rr sport with electrical towbar, & they have all been faultless.

mine had this issue once (after i didn't use it for over 6 months), it was not retracting correctly (keeps beeping) and reset also didn't fix it and I've used hand to push it to the correct location and that worked.
Also sprayed some WD40 in through the two holes in rubber cover around it. Now I operate it at least once a month and no issues since then.

They’ve reset it a few times. Mine says it’s obstructed when coming out. Try to deploy everyday thinking it might get better but it hasn’t. Thanks I’ll see what they say tomorrow 👍
