Any recommendations on what would cause my fan to run constantly? Is it a bad relay or clutch? Do I need to replace the fan?

A little update. My fan does appear to be spinning when ever engine is running however it isn't overly loud. I unplugged it and started the engine and it continued to spin. With the engine off I can spin the fan with my had but there is slight resistance. Is this normal or should it free spin with no resistance.

Could air in the system cause too much cooling? My problem is the engine isn't getting up to proper engine temperature |
