2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Well I've survived the ravages of the bad weatehr in Europe and arrived in Hong Kong so thanks for the info about the headlamp washers.
My flight from Glasgow to AMS had 3 goes at landing (it was a 737!) and made it at the 4th attempt. I thought I had missed my connection but the outgoing flight was delayed 6 hours departing.................... plenty of time you would think for my suitcase to be transferred from one plane to the other, but Oh no.
My bags are still in Schipol and I'm in Hong Kong! It's going to be nice wearing these clothes for the next 8 weeks until the ship returns to Hong Kong as she sails tomorrow afternoon before the next flight from Amsterdam gets in!! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

I didn't know you could get tyres at Marks and Spencers? Wink

Tim - glad you made it, even if you do have to wear one set of clothes for the next couple of months. Don't you have a captain's uniform?

M&S tyres, mine has the Conti's it came with, there was ice under the snow!

Shmoogle, I have a captains uniform...................... but it's in the suitcase!
I do have a small holdall of gear on the ship that I leave there but it will mean loads of clothes washing! Bag will eventually catch up with me, we'll be back here in 8 weeks time then I go home 3 days after that! In 33 years at sea it's the first time my bags have gone adrift joining a ship, they've missed connections when I have been on the way home a couple of times but you don't mind that. It's the things like shaving gear and so on that these days you cannot put in your hand luggage that are the inconvenience so have just been out to find the local equivalent of Boots and bought a load of gear. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
