United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black
Landrover Experience day north Yorkshire

Hi
Has anyone been on the Landrover experience day in North Yorkshire, recently received a free half experience after
purchasing new vehicle, and wondered if it was worth going or any catches.

Thanks in advance

No catches but two bits of advice -
A) check the expiry date as they have a shelf life
B) If you can then upgrade to the full day - there is an additional charge but it is worth doing

Also, you donโ€™t have to use your nearest centre, there are centres all around the UK and some are better than others, all are good just some are even better! Eastnor Castle is great to combine with a weekend away if you have to travel any distance to get to it, Dunkeld in Scotland is in magical scenery and there are nice hotels locally for family members who are not interested in having a day out in the wilds of the Athol Estate. Some people book their LRE to do while they are holidaying in the area of a centre too. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Hi,
Been there twice, about 2 years ago in a RRS dynamic L494 and last month in a Defender 110
Afternoon session each time an we enjoyed both days
The climb up rock steps in the RRS shows how the tech finds traction as we could not try it in the 110๐Ÿ˜
Or wade as deep.
Also now have to reconsider the "don't touch brakes going down hill although you can accelerate to regain traction" now have to think about " counter rotation" ๐Ÿ˜‡ losing traction

Rolling Eyes

Have a spot of lunch in Skipton as well

Thumbs Up Porsche Cayenne 2022
gone Porsche Cayenne 2020
gone Corris Grey HSE Dynamic 2016
gone Ipanema HSE lux 2010
gone Rimini HSE 2005
