I didn’t mean for myself but others perhaps TBH I have thought about doing what you’re suggesting since Chris posted and not just this year! Anyway, most certainly I may not have a Land Rover by that time as mine turns 3 years old in mid September and I am neither rich nor brave enough to run the SDV6 on extended warranty with all this uncertainty regarding coverage of crankshaft failure. Been thinking of downsizing/downgrading for a while too. Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

I've already suggested this to She Who Navigates The Tracks and got an "ok" so sounds like a plan. Need to take some spikes and marker tape to "secure" our pitch. I think this year is going to be silly-busy so marking off an area is going to be helpful (hopefully).

We're thinking of leaving earlier on the Sunday than last time in order to have some proper time exploring Girona again. The old town looks nice - we had a brief walk around last time but both fancy spending some proper "tourist time" there this trip.
