TDV8 Fuel Cooler Fuel Pipe Part No. or Diagram

Today whilst fitting the gearbox back in the car we managed to pinch one of the fuel pipes between the gearbox and engine and broke the push fitting joiner doh Rolling Eyes
I made a note of which pipe it was and where it went but I think translating that to the parts guy maybe difficult so I thought I’d post it here in the hope someone had a diagram or even better a part number to make it easier when it come to ordering it on Monday.
As per the title it goes to the fuel cooler but it’s the n/s of the 2 which then goes to a join conveniently placed by the bellhousing Twisted Evil and the it goes up and over the bell to the engine whereas the other fuel cooler pipe goes via a join in the same place to the fuel filter.
I appreciate that there maybe an issue with the 2 pipes being very similar and without having the old one laid next to the new one I have a 50% chance of getting the wrong one but I thought it’d be worth throwing out there but if it goes wrong I won’t point the finger ... much Wink

Cheers in advance Thumbs Up Clickadeeclick

Yeah that’s the kiddie it’s the bottom left box for sure and I think it’s the right hand pipe in that box but I notice there’s only numbers for the clips tho,
Mikey does this mean the pipework is the same on a tdv6 D3 only I have all that stuff boxed up somewhere I didn’t even think to try unless it’s a Tdv8 you have our that is lol

I can't be sure but I think you may have to buy the two pipes and the clips as a kit now, the Part No. is WJP502450 which is the number for all the item's shown in the box, as the numbers for the individual pipes seem to cross over to that one number.

They don't appear to be the same pipes as on the D3 either I'm afraid. The number only seems comes up for a RRS1 sport with the TDV8 engine.

Cheers
Col

Please get him to check the part number as I wouldn't want you to order the pipes on the basis of the part number I have quoted and find you have bought the wrong one's.

Col I phoned the local dealer today and tried that part no and he at first said it wasn’t a good no. but then when we went through the charades of which part I wanted he gave me a different part no. but then said it had been superseded to the part no. you gave me and he even double checked it very bizarre thanks for all your efforts it’s due to arrive tomorrow so I will let you know how I get on Thumbs Up Clickadeeclick
