Head Unit Part Numbers???

I’m looking for a head unit from a L320 with part number VUX500510. This is a single CD with built in amp and MOST cable. It usually has CD-560 on the front and out of a RRS SE without Nav so I’ve been told. It is seemingly quite difficult to track one down. My question is does anyone know if the part number has changed over the years or where to find a list of part numbers to see if a later one will fit??

VUX500510 is still a current part number and about £800.00 new/exchange from L/R. You could try VUX500580 as that is listed as less premium sound system and around £500.00 from L/R.
