Hi. I am aware of the glitch with iOS 11. However my problem goes further.
My car was totally unresponsive to the app in terms of remote start or updated my journeys etc.
I though the problem was with the app on the phone, however if I log in to incontrol online I could no longer see my journeys updating on the web interface.
After calling LR they advised to remove the car from my account and to re add it.
They tried to remove the car but it kept throwing out an error.
They advised if I can remove it from the web interface, upon logging in I saw a message saying vehicle has partially been removed but did not complete and has a retry button next to it. If I click the button it just spins and comes up with the same error.
Now I can’t even log into the app as I get a message saying no vehicle associated with this account.
They say they are looking into it but I have not heard anything for a few days.

Has anyone had any similar issues?

Now as an Android person I feel great that I don't own an iPhone and wasn't tempted to add this useless bit of an application to my car. To think some people actually paid extra for this useless piece of crap. M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW.

It’s nothing to do with iOS or Android. As I stated, even logging in to the online portal the car is not updating with any information

My point was that this system only works with iPhone and since I don't own I did not buy this option and am spared the grief that you and most other have gone through. M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW.

these features are not paid extras they are standard with the car.

Well it is good to see it works with Android, an improvement over my 2016 which does not show playlist or any of the media player details. Also the system cannot be connected both to Bluetooth and Media usb at the same time, something other vehicles have done for years. I ended up purchasing an iPod for the car which limits music to 16 gig.
