Transfer Box Calibration

So, clunking appears to be the order of the day. After having the alignment done, now when approaching full lock either side, there's a distinct clunk. From reading other posts it seems to be in need of a transfer Box Calibration.

Is there any way of doing this without buying the iid tool?

Ahh, Bodsy you came to visit me in Blackburn a few weeks ago. Did you get the 8 speed gearbox flush adapter sorted or do you still want me to make one?
