MY14 RRS 5L V8 gearbox oil change procedure?

I want to perform a gearbox fluid exchange on my MY14 RRS 5L V8 SC 8spd ZF 'box.

Anyone have a link to the correct procedure for this job? I have the GAP diagnostic tool for checking temperature, etc.

Just wonder how many mile do you have up and also why you want to change. I did a flush change in my last vehicle, and used a large amount of transmission fluid. The deal wasn't that hard just time consuming. M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW.
