I was on Holiday last week and when i was coming home i shut the tailgate down and since then i cannot open it.
I have tried everything including cutting a hole in the rear bit where the sub is so i could get to the lock.
The solenoid works and if i get my hand in just enough i can feel something in the lock moving but it still will not unlock.

I have pushed the tailgate in, pulled it out all whilst pressing the button, tried the 3 second press on the dashboard but to no avail.

Can somebody please help.

Also there is nothing from the glass hatch button at all, i have even replaced it as i had previous issues.

try holding both the lock and unlock switches in the car at the same time that should pop the lock
