If comments on this forum about Stratstone / Pendragon are anything to go by they are the pits for Customer courtesy and service so like many of the less than good dealerships they have sown the seed of poor customer service so now they will pay for it. i just hope that the very few family owned JLR dealerships that are still in the system can survive because they HAVE to look after their customers well.
It would also bode JLR well to note the comments on all of the forums for their cars regarding perceived quality and pricing..... also in last weeks Autocar there was a road test of the latest version of the BMW X3 with the strap line “BMW’s goal - to beat Land Rover” - well Autocar, if you ever read these forums you will see that apart from out and out offroad performance BMW has been beating LR for years with all of its lifestyle SUV’s - reliability, pricing, and finish are all superior to LR’s high prices, poor reliability and poor finish. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
