Just a quick note to say that Lancaster Tonbridge have been excellent in dealing with a parking sensor failure that has been dealt with under my extended warranty. Sarah Driscoll in the service department kept me informed about the work required the fact parts were needed and that they need to keep for 2 days and asked if it was ok to keep the curtesy car for an extra day.

The complementary health check picked up I had a slow puncture and confirmed that an independent was trying to rip me off when the car was serviced with them earlier this year (my mechanic I use for non warranty cars had said he could not see what the issues the independent had raised were when he carried out the mot earlier this year).

I think they are a load of shysters.

Bought a 2 year old Disco Sport from them.
Sold as immaculate but had a blemish on drivers seat. Bought on condition an invisable repair was completed.
Three failed attempts later and the Sales Manager promised they'd replace the seat with a secondhand hand one going to auction..
Three years later, despite constant chasing, no action.
