Air Con Problem!

Ever since I bought my RRS (MY 06) 5 years ago, the AC has always lost its cooling effect after a few weeks following re-gassing. I continually take it back every year to my indi garage (last year I took it to a different indi garage) and they will charge me for re-gassing and investigating the problem by applying a dye but they never find any leak! I have just taken it again to my indi garage, and after much insistence for a proper investigation to be done, they have come back with the following findings - requires new high pressure pipe (£134 to renew) and condenser (£563 to renew). £697 in total! OUCH!!
Any suggestions/ideas? Thanks. RRS 2.7 TDV HSE MY07

look over the condenser. run a white tissue over any suspect, oily area's.

If the tissue picks up yellow then its been leaking

I guess it will be leaking near one of the 2 pipes if they want to change the pipe too

Could of course be a 2p seal in that case.
