Received a phone call yesterday from local LR dealer asking if I'd like to swap my 2013 RRS for a MY17 RRS2 as they're doing some good deals to make room for MY18s - couldn't believe it as I used to ring and leave messages all the time without response

I advised salesman we sold RRS 2 years ago and bought a DS which prompted a suggestion of them still doing a good deal

So I put him out of his misery and said I'm now driving a Mitsubishi and a Lexus because I'd had enough of the poor service and build quality towards end of my 16 years with the brand

He then asked if he could tempt me back but I said not at the moment unless things change - maybe they have if dealers are ringing customers

To be honest they did offer me more for my 14 AB last Saturday than they did a few weeks back,,it went from 44k to 46,,but I got £48750 from a none LR dealer over in Blackburn last sun.
