Car was unveiled at the Goodwood Revival on Friday. I think it looks superb (apart from the side exhaust) and with what appears to be a very organised, well funded consortium behind the company, hopefully TVR will be a long term British success story.

Looks very nice

The engine looks like basicly from a Ford Mustang V8 Coyote. If so , very good and lots of potential RRS 3.0 SDV6 HSE Lux

It's a funny design car, the front is a bit disappointing, looks a bit 'generic sports car', I wouldn't have been surprised to see it in a parking lot in America 10 years ago with some generic American/Japanese badge I've never heard of.



However, the back and rear 3/4 view is fantastic and 100% TVR. I got talking to one of the sales guys and apparently they have had a lot of orders.

That is an ugly abomination.

I found the original Griffith pretty boring looking aside from the bonnet, which I really like. Not as boring as the Chimaera though. Loved the Cerbera though. I don't like the front of the new one but the rest looks great IMO. Love the interior.

I believe TVR was bought in 2013 by someone my son knows. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

It was thankfully sold by the idiot baby faced Russian to a consortium headed up by Les Edgar and John Chasey. They have got good and solid financing for the new company and Gordon Murray and Cosworth as credible and experienced partners.

The "new" TVR company's leadership and ownership do not as I understand have any connections with any previous owners and are car people who also understand the reality of having a solid base product to start from as credibility is all important given the reliability baggage the TVR name carries (however unfair this may be as I said above, the new ownership has nothing to do with previous TVRs). I for one am very exited to see how they develop!
