Now She Tells Me...

I've had my RRS for over 5 years and during that time she's driven the car about 3 times because she couldn't get her head around automatic, worried about the size and handbrake being a button etc Rolling Eyes

So I've decided to keep the RRS in Wales and in order to get it there and collect new car for the M4, we drove to Chester on Friday evening to get it. She was going to drive the Volvo but didn't like it, so she got in the RRS and we drove 130 miles down to place in Wales.

She got out after the trip and said "I want one" and that she'll miss mine! She's been on at me all weekend saying how much she wants one. Should have stuck her in the damn thing when I first got it and made her drive it!

So, if anyone has a cheap (sub £9k) Black or Grey TDV6 HSE going as a PX - preferably standard looking and sound mechanically - let me know! High miles not an issue as she doesn't do a great many anyway. No particular rush either

The other thing I found out is that she doesn't like driving in the dark...

Mines similar, she has driven my car (2.7 HSE) and she loves it. She trying to palm her SLK off to me once a week to take to work to "give it a run" Whistle as she only does about 6 miles a day. Now my car smells of perfume and the seat is left forward and there is strange music Censored

FFS should have kept the BM she never want to drive that!

Got in trouble for buying the RRS recently. I did it while she was in hospital without saying anything and being housebound when she came out I got away with it for 6 weeks, she couldn't even see the garage. Laughing Anyway, I got caught when she was up and about. Now, she wants to be in it when we go anywhere. Said yesterday how happy she was to be back in an RRS! I know of a tdv8 for sale, £7.5k with one new turbo, 115k ish.
