If the pollen filter was blocked, the evaporator will have been icing up due to no airflow across it. Assuming you have now fitted a new pollen filter, check again that your air conditioning is draining condensate under the car. It could be that your evaporator drain is blocked too. |

I've had rainwater leak into the pollen filter area. It's a known problem. Cause is a gap between the plenum chamber cover (flimsy black plastic panel) and the windscreen. This allows water to drop into the upward facing air intake for the ventilation system.
