2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Sumatra Black

Rear screen not working

Hi the rear entertainment screen in the back of the drivers head rest does not work , the other screen does . The system is a factory fitted system , also the alpine Dvd player cartridge is stuck and will not eject .. does anyone have any ideas . The car is a rrs 56 plate super charged . Thanks
