Brakes were checked over and all fine. Discs and pads pretty new. Still squealing enough to drive me nuts with the windows down. 2 lower suspension arms fitted today as the bushes were knackered. We'll see if the noise has gone away when it next gets a run out. I'm taking it up to the Yorkshire dales this weekend so fingers crossed everything is ok.

Seems to have gone away. Took it to Reading and back yesterday for work, ran sweet as a nut. Tried out the flappy paddles for the first time, absolutely incredible power. I never speed, got bored of that years ago, but for accelerating past lorries uphill on the A34 it's outstanding Thumbs Up In the 2.7 I'd have to indicate and plan when I was going to pull out so I'd have a 1/4 mile to get up to speed, not anymore!

Gone up to Bolton Abbey for the weekend. 221 miles and quarter of a tank left. No too shabby at all. Helped by a few long 50 zones though.

Car was fine up until the last few miles on country roads. It seems as soon as I turn a corner at almost full lock something causes this awful creaking to occur for the rest of the journey. Once it starts even 45 degree turns make an awful sound. It also triggers squeaking over speed bumps which sounds exactly like ARB bushes (same as my 2.7 used to do), so I'm not too worried about that. Not had the creaking before though in the old car. Driving into the campsite last night was embarrassing. Put tent up, waited 2 hours popped into town and it had gone away. Came back, creaking again. Driving me nuts. There's a garage down the road here so I might pop it in tomorrow as we're here for a week. It seems absolutely fine motorway cruising but as soon as you're stop start/turning through town roads it kicks off. It's got 2 brand new front lower suspension arms as they had a lot of play apparently, but something else definitely isn't right and also seems to be intermittent.

No warning lights at all. Might try to get a video of it see if anyone has experienced the same thing. Can knackered ARB bushes produce more than the classic squeak?
