I would go dynamic but I'm biased. Dynamic mode is great fun and you get off-road goodies as well. Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

I have driven both. the Dynamic has the edge if you enjoy spirited driving.

Hi. I'm new to the Forum and I have been looking at both. One thing I have noticed is that you cannot get the stealth pack on the HSE, and I want to spec that as it looks great imo! |

I went from a HSE Dynamic to a HSE and to be honest I haven't noticed much difference in the handling |

If you like driving quickly and keenly around bends then the Dynamic is the one - if you are a sedate driver who likes comfort then a HSE is just fine. |

If you want to go further offroad than the golf course car park then the Dynamic will give you the transfer box and low ratios as well as e-Diff and the Dynamic mode on the terrain response - IIRC Dynamic has Auto TR and the non-dynamic doesn't too. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Seems the second touch-screen is already standard for MY18, for climate control etc, similar like the Velar's.
