I heard this on the lunchtime Radio4 news but there is was stated that it would software engineers (and we all know how much in need of more of them that JLT are!) but on the BBC News website it says it's for autonomous cars and electric vehicles......... I must also be getting old as I've never heard of the virtual character they are using as a recruiting agent.

Out of 5,000 lets hope at least 1 is an engineer and another could be an authorised customer service person.

If they recruited the right engineer then they'd should soon be able to sack the customer service bod!!

Actually, if they recruited the right customer service person, he/she would make sure they recruited the right engineer. Customer service is much wider than simply dealing with complaints (sorry - concerns).
