My deal was from stratstone in Cheltenham, 6% discount plus £1k deposit contribution, free service pack & free pure guard, I bought a stock vehicle from them which had the exact colour scheme & spec on as I had just built that week on line, I took mine on the 1st of September, again mine is a my16.5 & the 17 was only a few months away which is a similar situation to just now. It doesn't matter what dealers tell you as their September & march targets are a lot higher than the rest of the year, just keep ringing round & using the internet companies as a lever & you will get to where you want to be.

When I ordered my car, LR were offering £1,500 to go with the dealer's £1,500, giving you £3,000 finance contribution. Understandably, the dealer didn't want to fork out their half as I'd already got £6,000, but I still got the LR half. Maybe the deal has changed, but £750 seems a bit stingy. |
