United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Santorini Black
Nearly New Prices

I've been planning to replace my 12 year old RRS Supercharged with either a new or nearly new RRS 3.0 HSE Dynamic.

I'm not sure whether to go PCP as residuals are reasonably strong therefore keeping monthly payments down or to go for a nearly new, say 2015 from Land Rover.

I'm put off the brand new option by the fact that car tax for new cars over £40k has been increased by £310 p.a.and the reasonably high interest rate at 6.9%

On the nearly new option, I think there is some uncertainty as to what the impact of various 'anti-diesel' measures being considered might have on residual prices when I come to change the car again in say 4 years.

Has anyone any views, and in particular I would be introduced to hear if anyone has any insight as to how negotiable dealers are as regards second hand prices currently? I guess I'm seeking to avoid paying a full second hand price now if diesel RRS's are expected to fall in value in coming months if cars aren't moving off the forecourt. 2005 RRS First Edition Supercharged

England 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Zambezi Silver

Have you looked at brokers? They can get discounts off new models. Just bought a RRS 06 MY HSE TDV6 136,000 miles, to be a second car to my bland, boring Mitsubishi Outlander 68 plate 2.0 petrol 4
