IMO you can stick with replacing one and the same Conti tire. the AWD is not that sensitive RRS 3.0 SDV6 HSE Lux

I replaced a rear Pirelli with a puncture for a new one. I don't know how many miles the old rears had done but you can see a marked difference in the wear between the new and the old just by looking. I've had no issues with the difference in tread depth between the two rears so I think you'd be really unlucky to pick up an issue.

Might as well try just the one, should be fine being the same tyre and you'd hope a premium tyre would have relatively tight tolerance control from batch to batch.

So, is another option to look for a full size wheel (here or on ebay) to use as a spare - if it will fit Then see if you can flog the space saver and tyre.

I'm happy to have the space saver, it will work on front or rear and this is the first car I have had in 6 years that has had a spare of any kind, the cars in between have had a 'repair' kit. Also with the running wheel/tyres being 22" I'm not sure that a full size spare will fit in the well. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
