Mobile Phone Problem

The dog ate my Nokia 6230i just before Christmas and Orange won't cover it under insurance so I'm telling them to get knotted, but I don't know what phone to go for. My mate has a Nokia E50 that has the ability to see your e mails which would be really handy and there is the Blackberry Pearl, then you guys have raved about the N95, but I can't manage with the brick of a phone I am using at the mo as it doesn't fit the cradle and doesn't have BT any suggestions?

I have a Pearl, nice phone but it is useless to connect to the PTI. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

I am ditching O2 later this month, despite being a loyal customer for the last few years and now being in their 'Select' membership club.

They can't see that if they won't give me the phone I want next for free instead of charging me £50 (Even though its free for new subscribers) that I will leave.....stupidity beyond belief. Laughing

I have given up on the PTI system and cradles. My dealer said it's a chargeable upgrade to have my PTI work with the 6230i so I said stuff it. I am going for a solid phone that does what it says on the box, Sony Ericsson W810i walkman phone. I will connect over Bluetooth from now on and go back to a car charger plugged ino the rear power socket. L319 D4 HSE

My N80 has worked 100% Ok on bluetooth - as does Mrs MDP's - always connects to the last connected phone 1st if we both get in the car - so that would usually be me.

Its on 24/7 and rarely needs charging in the car.

I've been with O2 select for some time too. never had to pay for a phone - best bit is they allow you to upgrade every 9mths as well.

Cheers for your input, my dealer upgraded to 6230i software free of charge when I had the enhancement done.
