My old 09 plate TDV8 certainly had it fitted, may have been the later pre-facelift cars that had it fitted.

My 07 TDV8 didn't have a badge on it, just 'Sport HSE'

Did you get yours second hand? Maybe the previous owner stuck the badge on like I did!
