I might too! Depends on the level of changes they introduce. A new infotainment system (again!!) won't do it for me which is why I went for the Velar as a completely new car with new dynamics.

Think it's going to be more than just a new infotainment system. Can't remember who now but someone on here who seems to know his stuff has said that the changes are going to be quite substantial (both inside & out).

Its worth waiting another few weeks that's for sure.

Itching to place the order now Very Happy

Laughing That was me Laughing

Yes new lights front and rear and major new interior changes with new wheels choices etc but need to see the changes before I can say I'm in!

Would be good to get some more power from the engines too.

Glad I didn't say something untoward Smile
The changes will make the car better imo, lets not forget it was the SVO division that created this fabulous car in the first place so I am pretty confident that the changes will only enhance things even more.
The Velar would have been nonsensical for me as size wise its not a million miles away from the Macan (& nothing like as powerful).

SVR gen 2 for me. In its glorious basic form, not going to go mad on the options, Corris Grey, Black top & black wheels & I might push the boat out on the big water drum & the centre console cooler Very Happy

That said Urbans carbon fibre set might be something I go for at a later date..

With the added benefit of being able to offer the carbon side vents aswell, seems silly that RR don't do these yet they do the other bits. Perhaps the gen 2 will offer them! Urban's will still be the better value..

Of course, there's no guarantee that the SVR will be updated at the same time.

That's a good point Phil, I might try approaching SVO themselves tomorrow and try to find out something.
'Are changes afoot or not...' Quite an easy question really!

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

I think it falls into the category of "commercially sensitive information" Cantona............... Land Rover has a stock of old models to sell off first and might lead Porsche to do something to a Cayenne or Macan that eclipses the SVR if word got out. Anyway it won't be long before one of the Chinese copycats bring out a £10,000 1.3 turbo diesel imitation SVR and they will be a rarer sight on the UK roads than the real thing.............. and just as desirable on their rarity value....... 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW
