Few issues after once over

Guys, just had my car on my mates ramp to give it a once over.

Couple of things to do, couple of things I need advice on ?
Need a new exhaust, got a couple of blowing bits so I'm booked in for a power flow stainless !
Brakes need a clean to sort a bit of noise.

Now a couple of things I'd like advice from please !
There's a loud suspension squeek at slow speed over bumpy ground ? Sound like the front ? Could it be strut top mounts as the bottom bushes have just been done ? I've only heard it a few time but it's loud ?

Secondly, had all existing faults removed and a rerun of the diagnostics with a couple of faults.
C1B07 directional control valve 2
U0159 lost communication with parking assist control module

Could you please help with advice on the three issues !

Many thanks !

Suspension squeek at slow speeds is probably your ARB bushes, common fault on the RRS Thumbs Up RRS SUPERCHARGED, 22 INCH ALLOYS, JAVA BLACK, FULLY COLOUR CODED
EVERY POSSIBLE SOFTWARE UPDATE INCLUDING - BLUTOOTH UPDATE, SATNAV ON THE MOVE, CLOCK ON DASH, 3 CLICK FLASH, GEARBOX RESET, COMPRESSOR UPDATE AND SUSPENSION LOWERED,
BLACK CODE RE-MAPPED, AUTOBIOGRAPHY'D, NEW EXIDE BATTERY, NEW DENSO ALTERNATOR

Thanks guys ! Checked all bushes and they are solid so might lubricate them with silicone spray for the time being ?

Any idea about the directional control valve fault ?

Ps forgot to mention I get the odd knocking at the front end BUT all suspension bushes are tight but I have 22" wheels in ? I'm told this can cause it ?

Thoughts guys ?

My advice is you spray silicone lubricant on one bush at a time then test drive: that way you'll find out the culprit so you can check if its shot or just got dust ingrained.

Loud squeak is possibly a rear hub bush. Rock the car and you'll hear which corner it is. When mine went they were pretty loud - pedestrians would look round when the bush squeaked! 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
