High mileage Range Rover Sport

I have been looking at 2010 RRS models, but the ones in budget (its a second car for the wife) are high mileage, between 90k to 120k.
Are there issues with this, should I avoid etc?
Do they go on for much more miles?
Thanks in advance

Wales 2005 Range Rover Sport Supercharged HSE Java Black

It needs to have a full comprehensive service history and can go on for a lot longer than 90-120000 miles Thumbs Up

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

My youngest sister passed on her >200,000 miler 2.7TDv6 RRS S with full specialist history with no faults last August so I don't see a problem with high miles cars that have a good and documented history. My sister bought the car when it was 2 years old and had 36000 miles on it in 2006. The only issue it ever had in it's long life was the EGR's which were replaced when the car was 3 years old. The car was driven 5 miles along a rough track to and from their remote house every day of the year so the 4WD system and TR got regular use too. Nothing fell off it either despite the roughness of their track. My brother in law always said people who bought Land Rover products were "bam pots" ......... he ate his words after the RRS passed 100000 miles with only the EGR problem. In August 2016 he replaced the RRS with a run out Q7.............. my sister hates it and it is hopeless on their rough lane, she wants another RRS or a FFRR so they are now looking for one to replace the year old and rattling itself to pieces Q7. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW
